Job Overview
The Enterprise Risk Governance Analyst is responsible for maintaining and facilitating the governance of TE's enterprise risk management programs and processes.
As a member of TE's Enterprise Risk and Security Management (ERSM) team, this individual will help ensure that TE conducts appropriate risk management activities in accordance with enterprise risk management policies and procedures.
Main Responsibilities:
• Maintain the governance of TE's annual integrated risk assessment program under general supervision, which includes but is not limited to, coordinating and scheduling recurring risk assessment procedures such as interviews, surveys, and pressure tests, and serving as ongoing liaison and ERM support to TE's businesses and functions.

• Perform enterprise risk assessments under supervision using TE's governance, risk, and compliance tool(s) for identified enterprise and principal risks.
• Ensure appropriate reviews of financial impacts of operational risks, incident root causes, and business impact analyses (among others).
• Support ERM initiatives with metrics-based products such as operational and organizational analytics to align with TEOA and continuous improvement.
• Serve as a program analyst for ad hoc special projects that involve multiple ERSM and external stakeholders.
• Support the Director of ERM with departmental initiatives, upon request.
• Assist the Director of ERM in the maintenance and governance of risk mitigation tracker tools for identified enterprise and principal risks, as well as TE resources such as SharePoint.
• Stay abreast of current industry standards and best practices.
• Develop and maintain technical knowledge of systems and data to ensure optimal use of technology.
What your background should look like:
• Bachelor's degree preferred with a concentration in a relevant field (international relations, Asian and American studies, and a law degree) or 3+ years' experience performing similar duties in the public or private sector.
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communications skills, including exceptional time management.
• Skilled in project management & Microsoft Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, etc.)
• Skilled in data visualization and metrics platforms.
• Flexibility to work outside of traditional hours for meetings with global colleagues in other time zones and/or to support crisis activations.
• Enterprise Risk Management or Project Management training and/or certifications preferred.
