We are currently recruiting for a Case QA and Standards Manager on a 8-month fixed-term contract to start in July 2025 until February 2026. This role reports into the Global Head of Employee Relations, operating Within the People Team This is a great opportunity to work across multiple business units globally.

A role you will love
You'll be responsible for ensuring consistent delivery of case management support across all jurisdictions by setting the strategic direction of the case management team, developing a standard set of consistent templates, processes and practices in relation to case management.
You'll be working collaboratively with our Employee Relations (ER) Team Leaders to train and develop the relevant teams, ensuring everyone receives the coaching and support they need. You're responsible for monitoring and allocating ER capabilities and capacity across the team. Additionally you'll support the ER change team in delivering business changes.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Demand Management:
- Work with Business Partners and Heads of Service to understand project needs.
- Collaborate with ER Team Leaders to manage daily case requirements.
- Recommend resource allocation for local and global projects.
Global Case Management:
- Develop a consistent global approach to case management.
- Improve processes and create helpful templates and guides.
Training and Coaching:
- Lead training and coaching for the team with ER Team Leaders.
- Assist with significant investigations and ensure high-quality service.
Audit and Governance:
- Conduct audits to ensure standards are met.
- Provide feedback and coaching to the team.
Customer Service:
- Support customer service sessions and identify improvement areas.
- Work with colleagues to enhance training, processes, and solutions.
Global Change & Optimization:
- Help develop a global ER strategy.
- Ensure a consistent approach to case management and process improvement.
What will you bring to the role?
You will bring proven experience in ER Case Management ideally in a global capacity. You will also have a good understanding of project planning and resource requirements for both case management and business change.
You will bring advanced problem-solving skills to this role, ensuring our templates and case management processes deliver consistent services that comply with local laws. Your expertise will help maintain a manageable workload for our managers, balancing efficiency with compliance.
You will bring advanced proficiency in effective communication, ensuring clear and impactful interactions across all levels. Your expertise in relationship management will help you build and maintain strong connections with stakeholders.
With advanced skills in planning and development, you will strategically guide projects to successful completion. Additionally, your expert knowledge of employment laws, regulatory impacts, people policies, standards, and procedures will ensure compliance and best practices throughout the organization.
