Communications Specialist, Share Plans
Location: Bristol (Hybrid)

Reporting to the Communications Delivery Manager, the major responsibility of the Communications Delivery Specialist is project-based work relating to shareholder communications. You will use internal software and systems to either create or liaise with other areas of the business to create bespoke communications for clients such as, statements, emails brochures and letters.

Additionally, the Communications specialist role requires proactive identification and implementation of process improvements to enhance internal relationships and expand the range of work completed by the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver projects to the highest level of quality. Types of projects include:
- Encompass mailings and email broadcasts for CPM,
- All CCS (Computershare Communication Services) mailings and broadcasts to hit 90% A-B rating,
- No errors with accuracy and attention to detail needed,
Identify opportunities to reduce risk, red tape and create efficient processes,
- Ensure you follow the project governance process, including QA (Quality Assurance) process, RAG status completion in all cases,
- Follow all internal processes, policies, and controls,
- Awareness of personal and business regulation responsibilities.
What will you bring to the role?
- Experience working in the financial services industry, and favourably with knowledge of share plans or financial compensation environment.
- Ideally knowledge of Employee Share plan products and administration.
- Passionate about customer service, with evidence of championing and maintaining strong delivery to a large client and customer base.
- Experience of managing projects and liaising with both internal and external stakeholders, preferably in a complex regulatory environment.
- Strong personal and operational organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple complex activities running in parallel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to convey and articulate ideas to a wide variety of audiences.
