A role you will love
Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for client service? Join our team as a Client Support professional and play a crucial role in ensuring our clients are delighted with the service they receive from Computershare.
You'll be responsible for supporting our clients back-office services including client and management information, new business processes and the entire billing process, from billing uploads to invoice approval. Your work will directly impact our client satisfaction and help us maintain strong relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
- Billing and invoicing: Oversee monthly billing processes, ensure accurate charging, and approve invoices for multiple clients.
- New business processes
- Client administration: Update client information, manage onboarding processes, and conduct due diligence checks.
- Data analysis: Produce management reports and ensure data accuracy.
- Project management: Collaborate with teams across the organization on small ad hoc projects, such as compliance initiatives.
- Teamwork: Share knowledge and provide training to colleagues.
- Continuous improvement: Review and update billing procedures to enhance efficiency.
What will you bring to the role?
As a Client Support Specialist, you'll need a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional client service. Your ability to evaluate information critically and make sound judgments will be essential in ensuring accurate and timely billing.
Your role will have a significant impact on our business by ensuring that our clients receive their invoices on time and without errors. You'll be the key point of contact for client inquiries and handling invoice-related questions
Collaboration is key in this role. You'll work closely with various teams within our organization, including Trust account management, billing, credit control, custody, and operations, to ensure smooth processes and effective communication.
