A role you will love

Under general supervision the Client Service Administrator' role within the division is to assist the Senior Relationship Manager within a MEGA client team as well as the broader Client Management Team to deliver excellent service delivery to a handful of Computershare largest client relationships and their shareholders within correct delivery guidelines and specified SLA timeframes.

The Client Service Administrator works collaboratively within the client management team, as well as service and operational teams throughout Computershare striving for excellence and continuous improvement with service delivery for our clients and its shareholders.

This Client Service Administrator role has significant Client Facing responsibilities.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Primary client contact with respect to shareholder inquiries received by MEGA client, ensuring resolution within the organization of shareholder matters received by and sent over from the client. Provides a preliminary review of client items and further disseminate, stage and assist the resolution of client inquiries /shareholder by our internal partners in providing accurate and timely response. Track and provide any follow-up requested with the client on Executive and SEC /DOI inquiries.
  • Provide overall support for day-to-day operations within the client management team for key functions including and not limited to: Monthly client and internal reporting, resolution of client DWAC's and known share OOB, Proxy and Dividend related event processing / special projects, provide support and training for backup on monthly client billing support responsibilities for our MEGA client relationships.
  • Collaborate and provide all other support to Client Management Team as required.
  • Complete required internal training and compliance classes timely.
  • Understanding of personal obligations as defined in all published Computershare policies, and act in accordance with those procedures and policies.

What will we need from you?

Required:

College Degree in affiliated areas or equivalent experience.

Extraordinary oral and written communication skills.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel (very good understanding, should be able to do formula's, comparisons) and PowerPoint.

Good people skills with ability to work in a large global organization.

Compensation The typical base pay range for this role is $65k - $70k. This base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations: Jersey City, New Jersey | New York State.
