Client Service Administrator- In-Office position
Our wealth management client is currently seeking a Client Service Administrator to join their team in Wauwatosa/ Milwaukee, WI office. This role is a contract to hire opportunity. This is an exciting opportunity for a hard-working team player who wants to make an impact in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Pay: $20/hr on contract and then conversion salary of $48,000-$50,000
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Requirements:
- Be the frontline for client service experience including team phone coverage
- Prepare reports, mailings, and materials for client meetings
- Prepare meeting minutes, meeting notes, and internal support materials
- Oversee compliance processes and procedures for client relationships
- Schedule visitors, appointments, client meetings, conference rooms, and travel
- Prepare, review, and submit team expense reports
- Coordinate and oversee the completion of special operational/administrative projects
- Oversee client paperwork, opening accounts, and client account changes
- Office coordinator related responsibilities
