This is a hybrid position primarily based in either of the above listed locations. A role you will love

Our Business Analysts work independently or in support of the Product or Project Managers on major strategic projects, software development, or process improvements emanating via the demand management channel. You will be part of a global team who support a wide range of products, giving you the opportunity to hone your existing skills, whilst continuing to build on your knowledge.

We are looking for individuals with the ability to learn in a fast-paced environment, and who can work closely with the business, product, and technology teams to effectively deliver change. Working within projects or pushing through process improvements, the successful candidate will be expected to hold all the skills necessary to service multiple work streams (including people, process and technology).

Key Accountabilities

  • Analyse complex issues and identify root causes
  • Work collaboratively within cross-functional teams, building relationships with internal and external stakeholders to elicit requirements & acceptance criteria to ensure the business objectives and product vision is being delivered
  • Develop requirements and manage through change control
  • Produce high quality process flows, user stories and other documentation
  • Present analysis and process reviews to stakeholder and project groups
  • Manage workshops and meetings with business and technology
  • Identify risks and track through to resolution
  • Support business testing to ensure readiness for change (e.g. UAT, Training, documentation etc.)
  • Implement process improvements and system deployments

What will you bring to the role?

You are a good communicator with the ability to communicate to both technical and non-technical audiences. You're able to work under pressure and set, manage and deliver within sometimes tight deadlines.

In addition, you will have:

  • Solid experience as a Business Analyst, with a broad range of business analysis tools and techniques
  • Experience working in a global environment, ideally with a financial services background
  • Experience in projects implementing system functionality to meet legal, compliance or regulatory requirements or ensuring proper maintenance of books and records
  • Experience managing stakeholders at all levels of seniority and facilitating workshops to elicit requirements
  • Ability to analyse complex issues and identify root causes
  • Experience documenting and/or designing business processes
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Able to work independently as well as in a multi-disciplinary team
