PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS
Préparer les écritures pour les mouvements de fonds liés aux achats et aux remboursements.

  • Coordonner la création des comptes SCRIP ainsi que l'émission des certificats physiques avec le Service Delivery.
  • Traiter les maturités de rachat des certificats physiques par chèques et/ou virements.
  • Assister dans le processus de paiement des obligations à terme.
  • Répondre aux demandes de renseignements de DCI-INTL et/ou CISL, occasionnellement de DCI.
  • Préparer le rapport des virements en attente, listant les fonds reçus auxquels un achat n'a pas encore été lié.
  • Préparer le rapport de rachat anticipé listant les obligations présentées pour un rachat anticipé avec toute la documentation justificative à soumettre à l'État d'Israël.
  • Aider à la création des procédures opérationnelles écrites du bureau, et veiller à ce que l'information correcte soit enregistrée sur divers systèmes (base de données SOI, CONTACT, Bond Center).
  • Rédiger/ préparer la correspondance aux courtiers ou SOI, en faisant le suivi de toute action requise.
  • Traiter occasionnellement avec les détenteurs individuels et/ou institutionnels qui contactent directement le CPU.
  • Fournir des informations à notre centre d'appels et aux groupes de correspondance concernant les obligations SOI.
  • Être responsable des interfaces Merkava entrantes et sortantes.
  • Soumettre un Service Point pour les interfaces sortantes, une fois les fichiers audités, en demandant au support produit de les envoyer à Merkava, ainsi que de corriger toute erreur.
  • Fournir des commentaires pour les éléments de développement pour SCRIP et/ou CONTACT.

PROFIL
• Excellentes aptitudes en communication écrite et orale, en français et en anglais.
• Diplôme d'études postsecondaires dans un domaine connexe (administration, secrétariat, etc.).
• Grande minutie, bon sens de l'organisation et attitude positive.
• À l'aise avec les chiffres.
• Capacité de gérer simultanément plusieurs échéances.
• Connaissances intermédiaires des applications Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).

Computershare has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Trust Officer to join our team in a global company! We are hiring for an Associate Trust Officer at our Montreal office.

A role you will love

The Associate Corporate Trust Officer assists the Corporate Trust Officer with the set-up, administration and client service relationship of Corporate Trust business to ensure client compliance with covenants in all types of Corporate Trust mandates and offers additional support to the Corporate Trust management team. In particular, the Associate Trust Officer will:

  • Process purchases and reinvestments of bonds on the SOI database.
  • Prepare entries for money movements related to purchases and refunds.
  • Coordinate creation of SCRIP accounts as well as issuance of physical certificates with Service Delivery.
  • Process redemption maturities of physical certificates via cheques and/or wires.
  • Assist with the matured Long Bond payment process.
  • Respond to inquiries from DCI-INTL and/or CISL, occasionally DCI.
  • Prepare the pending wire report listing funds received to which a purchase has not yet been linked.
  • Prepare the early redemption report listing the bonds presented for early redemption with all back-up documentation to be submitted to State of Israel.
  • Assist in the creation of written desk operating procedures, and to ensure accurate information is recorded on various systems (SOI database, CONTACT, Bond Center).
  • Draft/prepare correspondence to the brokers or SOI, following up on any action required.
  • Occasionally deal with individual and/or institutional holders who contact CPU directly.
  • Provide information to our call center and correspondence groups as it relates to SOI bonds.
  • Be responsible for the incoming and outgoing Merkava interfaces.
  • Lodge a Service Point for outgoing interfaces, once the files have been audited asking product support to send them to Merkava, as well as correcting any errors.
  • Provide input in development items for SCRIP and/or CONTACT.

  • Canadian Securities Course, Trust Institute or Paralegal training preferred
  • Post-secondary education desirable (e.g. business administration, finance courses, etc.)
