The Senior Trust & Funding Ops Associate possesses advanced knowledge and expertise within the Payment Services organization. The Associate requires an elevated level of experience, knowledge, and responsibility within the Trust organization. Senior level employees provide leadership and guidance to the employees with less seniority. Senior individuals are expected to have a prominent level of technical expertise which they leverage to prioritize tasks for the team, remove obstacles in projects and provide strategic reporting to advance the business.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Respond to moderate to complex internal questions & research
• Collection processing
• Identify and initiate ideas to improve processes
• Complete daily and monthly reporting
• Other duties as assigned by management
Basic Qualifications:
• Encompasses the duties of Level I, II, and III at an advanced/expert level and acts as a subject matter expert for the team.
• 2-3 years of general Tax / Payroll / Accounting / Banking or Customer Service experience
• Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications • Ability to work with high volume transactions
• Ability to navigate multiple applications and computer systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and above average administrative skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• B.A / B.S Degree or equivalent work experience
• Advanced knowledge of payroll tax, employee pay, Canada and garnishment processing
• Creates and maintains reports that track department accuracy, efficiency, and timely completion of work.
• Strong collaboration skills can facilitate effective brainstorming
• Back up for all Team Lead tasks and responsibilities
• Acts as a department SME and liaison between internal / external customers to resolve all issues
• Cross functional knowledge within Payment Services
• Works under the guidance of Management to complete department requests within a timely manner
• Adhere to department guidelines and audit controls to ensure SLA is being met
• Special project(s) as directed by management

USA Pay Transparency:
The pay range for this position is $45,700 to $65,750, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
