A role you will love.
The Analytics Manager II manages team members in the EUC Development and Analytics teams leading tool development, technical support, and quality control functions for the team. Works closely with their peers to ensure that daily, weekly, and monthly goals are met. This role is also expected to supervise assigned staff and perform administration tasks related to those staff such as: daily timekeeping, performance and attendance tracking, annual performance evaluations, and provide mentoring to employees. Fosters relationships with stakeholders to support these activities. Additionally, the Analytics Manager is expected to partner with onshore management in hiring, motivating and coaching team members to ensure capacity is maintained and service obligations are met.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensure controls and compliance requirements for all processes are completed.
- Track work using available dashboards and metrics and provide periodic reporting as required.
- Develop and maintain good stakeholder relationships.
- Ensuring team meets SLAs.
- Act as escalation point for issues and ensure resolution.
- Review proposals for automated solutions to replace any manual or semi-automated processes and identify which should move forward, partner with onshore management as needed.
- Support team members in developing new applications/processes outside of the standard systems/processes.
What will you bring to the role?
- Master's in commerce (M. Com), MBA, MSc (Computer Science), or MCA degree or equivalent.
- 10 to 15 years of good understanding of work routines and procedures used to support the Ops Tech Team, including financial document review, financial modelling, and relevant systems, as well as application development and implementation.
- Experience using VBA Programming, SQL Statement Writing/Coding, and SQL Server.
- Expertise in the following: SQL, VBA (Excel and Access),
- Working knowledge of the following: Python, UNIX, PL/SQL, T-SQL, SQL Server, and Oracle needed.
- 2-3 years directly or indirectly managing a team.
