OnsiteThe Shipping, Receiving and Stockroom Coordinator performs a variety of manual/administrative tasks associated with inventory control in Global Asset Management, shipping, receiving and stockroom operations in accordance with established procedures.This is a 1st Shift position with the following hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Receives, validates, stores, issues and ships a variety of parts and related items while also maintaining inventory control.
- Uses assistance and/or non-powered mechanical means (i.e. ladders, pallet jacks) to load, unload, store and deliver a variety of incoming and outgoing material.
- Prepares and packages small and large parts shipments using proper procedures and materials.
- Proficiently uses computer hardware/software.
- Promptly manages parts requisitions and returns.
- Performs various electronic activities/movements to accurately manage stockroom inventory
- Processes purchase orders accurately and promptly for shipments/receipts.
- Oversees and maintains stock-room inventory while ensuring cycle counts are regularly accomplished: all as instructed by company procedures.
- Maintains contact with personnel from various customers and supports areas to ensure accuracy of materials/processes.
- Uses assorted measuring and weight recording devices.
- Keeps equipment and surrounding areas neat and clean.
- Supports management and supervisors as needed.

- Typically requires a HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience or in the absence of a HS diploma, GED or AA/AS degree, 6 years of relevant experience is required.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
- Prior shipping/receiving/parts warehouse/inventory experience.
- SAP experience.
