As a Senior Staff Solutions Architect you will:

Architect and Design Solutions: Design and implement robust, scalable architectures that solve complex business challenges, ensuring solutions are aligned with future growth and evolving requirements while adhering to best practices.

Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.

Technology Leadership: Provide technical leadership and strategic guidance on leveraging industry-leading technologies and frameworks to develop robust, scalable, and high-performance solutions.

System Integration: Design and implement integration solutions between internal systems and external customers and partners.

Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in applications and databases, ensuring high availability and reliability.

Documentation and Compliance: Maintain comprehensive documentation of solutions and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards (e.g., HIPAA, SOC2).

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, proposing and implementing continuous improvements to the architecture and processes.

What we are looking for:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent industry experience) in Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 15+ years of experience as a Senior Solutions Architect.
  • Technical Proficiency:
  •     Strong expertise in building and scaling services.
  •     Demonstrated expertise in database design, optimization, and scaling, ensuring data solutions are efficient, reliable, and capable of supporting future business          growth.
  •     Versed in cloud infrastructure such as GCP, or AWS.
  •     Extensive expertise in designing, developing, and scaling web APIs, ensuring secure, high-performance data exchange between systems, and supporting             enterprise-level reliability and scalability.
  • Healthcare Knowledge: Understanding of healthcare standards is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.

Nice to Have: 

  • Experience leading projects and managing people.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with AI technologies for delivering superior customer experiences.
  •  Proven track record of driving innovation and implementing cutting-edge solutions in complex environments.

Pay Transparency Statement 

This is a hybrid position based out of one of our offices: San Francisco, CA, Plano, TX, or Lehi, UT. Hybrid employees are expected to be in the office three days per week (Plano, TX) or two days per week (San Francisco, CA or Lehi, UT). #LI-hybrid

The actual pay rate offered within the range will depend on factors including geographic location, qualifications, experience, and internal equity. In addition to the salary, you will be eligible for stock options and benefits like health insurance, 401k, and paid time off.
