  • Role Summary:

    • As a Compliance QA Analyst specialising in Reporting and Data Analysis, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of compliance information through detailed data analysis and reporting. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing reporting mechanisms, including dashboards and metrics, to provide actionable insights on compliance operations. Your expertise in analysing data trends will assist the team in validating the accuracy and reliability of compliance information.
     
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Reporting and Data Analysis: Develop, maintain, and enhance reporting mechanisms, including dashboards and metrics, to provide actionable insights on compliance operations. Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify patterns, anomalies, and potential areas for improvement.
    • Data Accuracy and Validation: Analyse data trends to validate the accuracy and reliability of compliance information. Monitor and track compliance metrics, identifying areas of concern and proposing solutions for improvement.
    • Subject Matter Expertise: Act as a senior Subject Matter Expert (SME) on AML/KYC and Transaction Monitoring Level 1 reviews. Perform and oversee weekly audits, ensuring compliance with procedural requirements.
    • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and ensure data accuracy and completeness. Generate regular reports and presentations to communicate key findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
    • Process Improvement: Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in reporting and data analysis. Participate in process improvement initiatives to streamline data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.
    • Support and Guidance: Provide support and guidance to team members on data analysis techniques and reporting tools. Conduct training for new QA and QC joiners and validate their practice cases. Provide feedback on drafted procedures to enhance clarity and consistency.
    • Root Cause Analysis: Conduct root cause analysis on thematic issues, identifying procedural gaps or inconsistencies, and provide proposed solutions.
    • Ad-hoc Projects: Support ad-hoc CX initiatives on new tooling enhancements, testing, and reporting. Assist in the implementation of new compliance-related tools and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
     
    Qualifications:
    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance, Data Analytics).
    • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in data analysis and reporting, preferably within a compliance or regulatory environment. Proven experience in QA, Audit, or Financial Crime Investigation is highly desirable.
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., ExcelGoogle Sheets, SQL, Tableau, Power BI). Intermediate proficiency in PowerPoint/Google Slides.
    • Knowledge: Strong understanding of AML/KYC regulations, Transaction Monitoring, and related terminology. Knowledge of compliance regulations and best practices is a plus.
    • Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting. Effective communication skills for presenting findings and recommendations.
    • Attributes: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Highly motivated, analytical, organised, innovative, and adaptable. Ability to multi-task and work both independently and as part of a team.
     
    Nice to Have:
    • Experience with crypto exchanges or in financial services, particularly in payments, trading operations, or technical support.
    • Advanced degree in business, finance, or legal fields.
    • Advanced understanding of Google apps, JIRA, and Salesforce Service Cloud.

Pay Transparency Notice: The target annual salary for this position can range as detailed below. Full time offers from Coinbase also include target bonus + benefits (including medical, dental, and vision).

Pay Range:
₹1,020,000₹1,020,000 INR
