The Supply Chain Planner FF's primary role is controlling inventory management for over 600 full good items to include load optimization, system maintenance settings, and forward deployment planning. This position is responsible for keeping items in an in-stock position while maintaining low inventory levels measured in days of supply (DOS) across the entire CCCI system. The Supply Chain Planner FF works directly with the Fulfillment Manager/Supervisor to determine any course of action outside of the normal process practices. This position also supports customer inventory demands along with Club national accounts, any local special requests, and new SKU launches.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manages assigned CCCI territory distribution centers (DCs) and/or HUBs to oversee produced/purchased finished good loads in accordance with Product Supply Planning deployment specifics and processes
  • Create and manage purchase orders (POs) and stock transport orders (STOs) for product deployment
  • Manages, audits, and releases daily/weekly loads to supply our network warehouses/branches with products for our customers and support warehouse inventory capacity levels
  • Attends and contributes to Market Unit (MU) calls conducted with Product Supply Planning Fulfillment (FF) Planners to provide status updates on current inbound loads, discuss any loads that have not been received into location, review close dated report (CDR), and field or inquire on any questions related to innovation/new item market launches
  • Works collectively with warehouse managers to support inventory needs and customer demands
  • Develops internal/external customer relationships and supports customer service initiatives
  • Manages a high volume of daily email correspondences and phone calls
  • Manages daily load optimization to support the level loading process and identify any Bulk backfill opportunities to maximize loads
  • Reviews out of stock (OOS) report tools to confirm out of stocks are in transit, add to loads if not in transit, and add to the deleted item process if an item is planned for deletion
  • Maintains and analyzes system SKU settings to optimize truck loads transportation, supply our network warehouses/branches with produced/purchased product for our customers, and support warehouse inventory levels
  • Utilizes the SKU maintenance workspace to review and/or change settings on a SKU at a branch level
  • SKU settings include safety stock levels and pallet quantities
  • Manages new SKU maintenance, allocation process, and monitors the loads planned for assigned warehouse and/or HUB locations
  • Utilizes the new SKU template report to make any necessary forward deployment plans for produced/purchased items
  • Communicate to warehouses on estimated expected arrivals

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (4 years)
