Ensure needs / resources balance (MRP,..) for materials, components and finished products by managing the customer's needs.
Analyze logistics project data (Incoterms, customer and country of delivery, nature of supply, shipping constraints, packaging, good receipt).
Place purchase orders (including relevant documentation) & monitor the supply in accordance with contractual technical terms. Expedite materials with internal plants.
Manage non-compliance deliveries (damage, wrong product, missing materials), handle claims with plants and forwarders.
Consolidate logistical documents required for the orders (ex certificate of origin, EUR1, Shipping invoice, customs code, packing list, export documents).

Coordinate the shipment of goods and the dispatching documents, organizes the expedition with the freight until the entire completion of incoterm/delivery.
Ensure products availabilities by taking actions to solve backorders and shortages.
Manage supply risk by escalating to supply chain planning (IG supply).
Manage supply prioritize s& Crisis based on project priorities / customer needs coming from the project management / Front office and Sales.
Advanced knowledge with ERP systems - could have to work with several ERPs (Bridge / SAP /Q2C/Oracle), analysis of Business Intelligence (Tableau).
Close follow up on plants delivery dates, track on transit materials, communication with import team to validate customs clearance.
Qualifications
Advanced in supply & inventory management.
Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain in manufacturing plants or Services.
University Degree
Results oriented /Team player
Strong Customer orientation, communication and negotiation skills, sense of urgency.
English fluency is a must
