Summary

Finance Specialist within the commercial finance team supporting sales function for various program management analytics across entire Liberty Territory. Teams you will be supporting include Sales HQ and finance organization.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for creating Data models and accessible queries for business functions.
  • Assists with developing and executing of standard reports/dashboards and strategic models in support of the management teams and strategically digitizing processes
  • Supports Commercial Finance by providing analytical and forward-looking metrics and reports. Maintain Analytics databases including Snowflake and 3rd party applications
  • Provide ongoing ad hoc business analytical support on key projects.
  • Provide Account Coding, Invoice and PO Generations, Pricing, and Costing Update Support.
  • Provide Cost Accounting Analysis and provide insights that reduce costs.
  • Support the Month-End Closing, Annual Budget Process, Capital Request and Budget process and RE update Process.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Minimum Required: Bachelor's degree Finance or Accounting

Required Experience:

  • 3 - 5 years of experience, preferably in the consumer goods/beverages industry
  • Business experience developing actionable insights and metrics for finance and operations teams used to drive actionable results.

Analytical experience

  • Report Building Skills - Ability to expose information in a consumable format
  • Data modelling - logical or physical data models for consumption in reporting layer (Business rules, joins, etc.)
  • Data Integration - integrating data across multiple different systems

Technical Skills:

  • Experience with data modeling and building reports and dashboards
  • Data warehouse - SAP, Snowflake or SQL a plus
  • Reporting toolset - Tableau or Microsoft PowerBI, Margin Minder (Salient) are a plus
  • Understanding of one or more functional domains (sales, commercial, supply chain, finance, HR, etc.) is a plus. Understanding of bottler operations is a plus.
  • Comfortable expressing ideas to organizational leaders and presenting information to executive teams
  • Microsoft Office
  • Advanced Excel Skills
