Overall responsibility for the reporting and insights covering analysis of the macro economy, industry movement, competitive environment, consumer understanding as well as long-term/ short-term strategic planning to achieve the company's objectives. Managing relevant agencies and stakeholders with focus on retails measurement data, macro and competition, and strategic planning.

Position overview: As the Senior Manager, Franchise Strategy for North, you will be responsible for helping craft the long-term strategy for the North cluster, help translate this strategy into a full year Annual Business Plan and work with the Frontline teams to ensure monthly performance tracks to the commitments made in these plans. Reporting to Director, Franchise Strategy - North, in this role your key stakeholders will be the Franchise VP for North and the Frontline leadership team, internally and in the bottling partners.

What you will do for us:

  • Ensure the efficient operation of retails audit measurement data, macro economy metrics, competition landscape.
  • Monthly/ Quarterly performance review for North cluster including studying data, building out summary/ discussion points, discussing with frontline people and presenting in the Leadership team and with the bottling partners as needed.
  • Support the development of the long-range planning by providing local context from frontline and bottlers, and translate regional long-range plan to market long-term plan, including securing alignment from bottlers on key priorities
  • Build Annual Business Plan presentation inside the Franchise unit, for alignment with the bottlers and for presentation to the regional leadership team
  • Support by ensuring scheduling (incl. board meetings and Top-to-Top meetings), sending monthly reports/ board talking points, setting the agenda, preparing high quality material, ensuring pre-alignment, running the meeting, deploying next steps
  • Orchestrate other routine in setting the agenda for the meeting, running the meeting and deploying next steps after each meeting (related to monthly/ quarterly performance review only)
  • Market specific or regional wide deep-dive on key topics as surfaced in the performance review and agreed with the frontline leadership within allowable time

Qualifications and Requirements:
8+ years of experience in the FMCG space, Retails measurement service or in Management consulting

Top skills needed:

  • Familiar with Nielsen RMS/ Kantar world panel and Consumer sentiment
  • Comfortable in dealing with large amount of data generated from various sources and in different format.
  • Organize and hold senior level meetings
  • Absorb large amounts of performance information and create clarity out of complexity
  • Verbally communicate with confidence and manage conflict
  • Write impactful narratives in word and in ppt
  • Ability to think ahead and organize milestones and deliverable to happen on time
  • Comfort with constant change and evolution of agendas
  • Genuine interest in people and collaboration
  • Future back vision pertaining to data transformation
