What You'll Do for Us:

  • Forge and leverage people strategies, programs, and processes that embody and support business goals across recruitment, talent and organizational development, total rewards, employee relations, diversity, and HR services.
  • Offer comprehensive HR business partnership at varying organizational levels.
  • Supervise and steer external consultants, vendors, and partners to effectively meet the company's objectives.
  • Deliver expertise in leadership & talent assessments, organizational design, succession planning, performance systems, and employee career development.
  • Pioneer employee engagement initiatives and shape the company culture to boost retention and satisfaction.
  • Develop robust learning programs and leadership development plans, considering current and future skill requirements and fostering talent mobility.
  • Drive future work strategies and offer functional consulting expertise to both line management and HR.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience in talent management and organizational development within a global organization.
  • Adeptness in leading change management efforts and embedding strategic direction and learning culture.
  • Strategic mindset with experience in analyses of capability gaps and providing tailored learning solutions.

  • Demonstrated ability in project management, executing learning programs, and vendor relationship management.
  • Profound knowledge of workplace learning and development, with an inclination towards continuous improvement in teaching and learning methods.
