Overview
Our Center for Process Excellence team is on a mission to improve business outcomes and employee experiences by driving step-change improvements in critical enterprise processes, and the technology and analytics supporting these.
As a Sr Mgr, Process Intelligence, you will be responsible for building capabilities in the areas of Process Management, Process Mining, Process Automation, and Information Architecture Management to enable efficient and effective business process improvement. This will require you to build and lead a cross-functional team with experience in relevant disciplines, while collaborating with a number of dedicated, domain-specific business process improvement teams to support them with processes, tools, and capabilities.

This position will have a hybrid work schedule, with three days at the GCC office in Bangalore and two days from home.
Responsibilities
- Establish and lead a cross-functional team with capabilities in business process management, process mining, process automation, data engineering, data visualization, and process documentation
- Work with leaders and teams across different domains to ensure they adopt consistent approaches to driving business process improvements, leveraging the processes, tools, and capabilities available
- Identify best practices to be adopted and support teams with the adoption
- Deploy new processes, tools, and capabilities, supported with appropriate communication, training, and documentation
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the enterprise to ensure, e.g., with respect to master data governance, and enterprise IT systems
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive experience in business process management, mining, and automation, across multiple functional areas (e.g., R&D, Manufacturing, and Sales)
- Process discovery, design, modelling, and implementation experience in a regulated environment
- Knowledge of Business Process Modelling and Process Mining (Celonis) solutions required
- Strong conceptual and analytical problem solving skills
- Solid understanding of Lean concepts and tools
- Strong project management skills, experience supporting global projects
- Strong influencing skills, proven ability to work across organizational boundaries driving change and harmonization across a global organization
- Results oriented mindset, operates with high sense of urgency. Proven track record of solving problems, breaking down barriers and delivering results ahead of schedule
- Ability to think strategically while also being attentive to details
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Experience building and leading cross-functional Agile / Scrum teams
- Product Owner and/or Scrum Master certifications a plus
- Design Thinking experience a plus
- BS Degree in an Engineering, Science or Supply Chain discipline. Master's Degree preferred
