Manager, Franchise Finance Operations - Turkey

A successful Operations Finance Manager is one who can support a strong finance strategy within the Franchise to drive growth and profitability.

Focus, Scope, & Impact:

  • Partner with Franchise operational finance leader and team to supportFranchise and/or local customer activities at the Franchise Unit level, to drive alignment across multiple stakeholders, and to develop the key insights needed to inform strategic priorities, including:
    • Support franchise (bottlers) and customer relationships at the local level
    • Prepare & support internal stakeholders on on-going negotiations
    • Quantitative and qualitative local Bottler/Customer info
    • Assess Financial implications and models on new Route to Market and optimization of current value chain (use of third party, plant closure... )

  • Lead the financial management of Turkey On-Premise channel, Water business and Northern Cyprus operation.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to capture business development opportunities and support decision making process.
  • Prepare financial analysis and insights on the new initiatives, product launches and brand financials
  • Informed investment decisions and resource allocation
    • Asses On-Premise channel investments and perform post-completion evaluations.
    • Inform critical investment decisions by conducting thorough financial analysis, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the business context, as well as deep understanding on the implications between the Company and its bottling partners.
  • Beyond the above-mentioned responsibilities -for the respective Franchise to which role reports to- the role will be also considered part of a dynamic, flexible and agile Franchise Finance talent pool, focused on the highest priority initiatives (of a similar scope) in other or across (all) Franchises.

  • Knowledge & Experience

    • >3 years of leadership experience in financial planning or commercial finance roles
    • Leadership and management experience, as a highly efficient communicator and influencer at all levels

    Work Focus

    • Role model the 'Leadership in the Network' definition
    • Provide holistic understanding of business performance inside the Franchise,
    • Execute end-to-end business planning inside the Franchise, working cross functionally inside the organization and coordinating with the Operational Finance Lead.
    • Use a fact-based, analytic, strategic approach to collaborating across Franchise/Operating Unit
    • Deliver core financial strategies, practices and solutions, to grow business profitability in a sustainable way
