This position plays a critical role within our Foodservice and On-Premise Digital Organization, leading strategic partnerships, initiatives, and capabilities that propel our organization further and faster along the digital evolution. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives across both present-forward digital disciplines and future-back capabilities, accelerating customer digital enablement and strengthening our position as market leaders.

  • Leverage knowledge of external digital partner landscape (i.e. restaurant tech.) to identify unique and scalable activation solutions against prioritized industry and company opportunities - enabling sustainable, profitable beverage transactions.
  • Collaborate with leading and emerging restaurant technology companies to develop differentiated growth capabilities for Coca-Cola restaurant partners.
  • Continuously scan the marketplace to identify, evaluate, pilot and pursue new digital capabilities and solutions.
  • Support annual planning and resource allocation processes to right-size investments across digital opportunities.

Coca-Cola Restaurant Customer Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Coca-Cola Foodservice & On-Premise (FSOP) customer teams to develop strategic plans with leading restaurant customers - drive traffic, trial and awareness that results in value created for Coca-Cola customers and brands.
  • Directly engage as the digital SME with Coca-Cola foodservice and on-premise customers to drive enhancements and growth for digital ordering channels.
  • Support restaurant customer digital-growth execution - collaborate with customer digital teams to identify & prioritize opportunities and then create solutions to deliver progress against stated goals.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (i.e. brand, Integrated Marketing Communications, Channel Planning, etc.) to deliver integrated programming & system alignment.

Associate Digital Acumen & Enablement

  • Partner with internal and external capabilities organizations to elevate internal digital competence and confidence - build knowledge, accountabilities and full system integration to drive value creation and profitability.
  • Conduct custom research, based on prioritized customer opportunities, to develop industry-leading knowledge and best practices to win the digital occasions by maximizing digital capabilities and transactions.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Media, Digital/Tech or similar
  • Experience with digital strategy/execution and technology platforms, particularly with or for restaurants; Go-To-Market experience is a plus.
  • Expertise in digital transformation and emerging technologies, with the ability to assess, implement, and scale innovative solutions
  • Track record of building and developing collaborative relationships to extract value and drive growth
  • Basic understanding of the principles of marketing and advertising, as well as an understanding of media concepts and terms, creative and budget requirements
  • Strong data analytics and performance measurement skills, leveraging insights to optimize digital capabilities, measure impact, and refine strategies for long-term growth.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional critical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to develop business cases and prioritize workstreams to collaborate effectively across a complex system of internal & external stakeholders and drive organizational change
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills, experience presenting to senior leadership and distilling complex concepts into clear opportunities.
  • Project management and time management skills; experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Asana, Monday, Smartsheet, Notion is a plus

Location - Atlanta (Preferred), US Remote

Travel - Approximately 25%
