What You'll Be Doing:
Supplyframe, a Siemens company, is an innovative and rapidly growing leader in the electronics component industry. We are seeking a talented, energetic and driven Sales Director (based in the US) who thrives on opening new doors, landing new solutions, and winning new logos. The ideal candidate is a high-potential, results-oriented professional who excels in value-based selling and enterprise SaaS sales within the electronics and semiconductor industry in North America.
You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while nurturing relationships with existing clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Siemens Digital Industries Software (DI SW) to deliver exceptional value to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Development - Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within assigned accounts, verticals, and major OEMs in North America and Canada.
- Strategic Account Management - Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve and exceed sales quotas.
- Value-Based Selling - Understand customer challenges in supply chain, procurement, and sourcing, aligning them with Supplyframe's SaaS solutions.
- Executive Relationship Management - Cultivate strong relationships with senior decision-makers to position Supplyframe as a strategic partner.
- Collaborative Selling - Work closely with Siemens DI SW teams to leverage joint capabilities and expand customer engagement.
- Market & Industry Knowledge - Stay ahead of industry trends in electronics manufacturing, semiconductors, and procurement strategies to provide consultative sales expertise.
- Sales Forecasting & Pipeline Management - Maintain an accurate pipeline using CRM tools (HubSpot/SFDC) and deliver precise revenue forecasting.
- Negotiation & Deal Structuring - Lead complex enterprise sales negotiations, crafting mutually beneficial agreements that drive business value.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with internal stakeholders, including product, marketing, and customer success teams, to ensure client success and drive adoption of Supplyframe solutions.
Who/What We Are Looking For:
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, preferably within supply chain, procurement & sourcing.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue quotas in a high-growth, competitive sales environment.
- Expertise in value-based selling, with the ability to diagnose customer pain points and present tailored solutions.
- Strong ability to engage with C-level executives, procurement leaders, and supply chain decision-makers.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations.
- A high degree of initiative, independence, and self-direction-you take ownership and drive results.
- Ability to navigate complex sales cycles, leveraging a consultative and strategic sales approach.
- Experience working with CRM tools (HubSpot/SFDC) to manage pipeline and forecasting.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to structure innovative deals that drive long-term customer value.

The total cash compensation range for this position is $150,000 to $300,000 with 40% of this being comprised of an annual incentive target. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
