Director, Regional Operations (In charge of CCBJI North Kanto-South Tohoku)

We're looking for a candidate who can develop marketing & commercial strategies, with proven ability to implement initiatives and decipher market data to make an impact for the world's most recognized brands.

You'll execute strategies with bottling partners and assist management with identifying opportunities, providing recommendations and implementing key initiatives.

The successful candidate needs to demonstrate his/her ability to execute highly complex or specialized projects in the commercial marketplace.

What You'll Do for Us

  • Identifies and recommends business opportunities through thorough analysis of Key Performance Indicators to achieve revenue goals .
  • Knowledgeable on local consumers and customers' needs in key channels, to identify opportunities and risks to deliver volume, profit and share targets
  • Analyzes issues by category, customer, packages and develops activities such as promotions, activation, RGM initiatives, execution push.
  • Translates shopper and channel insights, trends and assessments, into channel strategies and plans.
  • Identifies success factors that drive growth in revenue per case, faster transaction growth than volume growth, and growth in system /customer profitability and market PerCapita.
  • Leads and facilitates strategic and annual business planning processes across the system, ensuring plans reflect mid-to-long term growth strategies.
  • Regional accountability: North Kanto-South Tohoku

Qualification & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business or related field, Master's degree is preferred.
  • 5+ years of commercial experience with a global consumer packaged goods company
  • Must have experience with annual business planning, forecasting, customer and channel execution
  • Must possess excellent relationship building skills, as well as strategic leadership.
  • Strong understanding of business financials
