The Marketing Director, Coca-Cola Trademark (CCTM) will support the Senior Director, Marketing, Coca-Cola TM for the ASEAN & South Pacific region in developing annual and multi-year brand growth strategies and business plans for Coca-Cola TM; and take the lead on one or more of the iconic programs for CCTM. This role will not have formal direct reports but will work with a large network of colleagues.

What You'll Do for Us

Brand Growth Strategy:

  • Support the Senior Director in developing long term and annual planning, vision and strategic direction, and creation of quarterly business reviews and reports
  • Drive growth and business objectives by stewarding the portfolio and scaling iconic programs.

Innovation:

  • Create synergies between global and local teams to develop a holistic innovation agenda for CCTM, including partnering with internal (Global and R&D, Supply Chain, Commercial, Zones) and external (e.g. customers, bottlers, suppliers) stakeholders. This covers Coke Creations and other innovation spaces (beyond CCZ flavors).
  • Coordination with global network on formula development requirements, end to end plan development for shaping, follow-through and support the implementation in the local markets by the Frontline Team, and consolidating the learning plan
  • Manage Workfront and gate meetings related to innovation projects

Sustainability:

  • Be part of the global CCTM Sustainability network and input to the development of the sustainability strategies for CCTM globally.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PACS, legal, local frontline teams) in shaping E2E marketing campaigns, aligned with the Global Charter, that highlight our sustainability initiatives across CCTM in ASP
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of sustainability marketing efforts.
  • Stay current with sustainability trends, identifying opportunities to integrate them into our marketing strategy.

Community Management and Others:

  • Defines a plan to drive overall engagement of the extended Coke team, taking the lead in ensuring we have effective and inspiring routines including monthly ASP community calls, Cluster Routines, and internal ASP KO Team meetings
  • Support the Senior Director in driving inspiration of the OU and bottlers, including managing Coke Newsletters, Coke Buzz, Brightspots and award nomination plans, leveraging information and inputs from other Coca-Cola ASP Directors, StudioX, and content team
  • Information consolidation for CCTM team including: management of common drives, consolidation of metrices, financial information, as it relates to LRP/ABP and quarterly business reviews
  • Represent CCTM ASP in the periodic meetings and synergies with global licensing team

Experience

8 or more years of experience in brand management and/or marketing in consumer-packaged goods, beverage experience ideal. Bachelor's degree required. Multi-Geography experience or multi-country experience preferred.

Communication:

The role frequently leads communications with both internal (e.g. global brand, Commercial, Supply Chain & Technical, customer/franchise teams) as well as external (e.g. bottler, customer, agency, supplier) partners; interactions include sharing relevant information on brand business plans, influencing others to take action in support, and negotiating components of said plans in order to enable desired outcomes.
