This regional head role is responsible for building the marketing strategy and plan in collaboration with the key business stakeholders in developing and implementing lead generation plans and programs across the Asia Pacific Japan region, covering China, Hong Kong, Korea, Singapore, and Australia & New Zealand. Key goals include creating awareness of and education about Cornerstone product and service offerings, establishing and running lead generation campaigns, and generating qualified sales leads through direct marketing and other field marketing approaches. This is a people-managing role.
Reporting to the Regional VP, you would be a seasoned Asia Pacific marketing leader who has worked with a regional team to develop and carry out marketing campaigns and programs designed to cultivate and bring in qualified sales leads and channel.

In this role you will...
- Plan, build and develop the Cornerstone marketing plan to deliver high-impact, integrated campaigns to generate qualified leads, sales prospects and market awareness in target segments
- Partner with the key stakeholders to understand the market landscape and sales priorities in order to develop efficient programs and tools
- Manage the regional Marketing teams
- Measure and report on success of marketing programs and campaigns
- Align marketing programs and activities with overall corporate marketing strategy
- Collaborate with other local leaders to establish and develop thought leader and analyst relationships
- Develop localized content to support our go-to-market and account-based strategies and messaging for various countries
- Implement regional field marketing events, manage regional sales tools portal, and support sales enablement initiative
- Align with and implement regional partner marketing programs
- Deploy industry best practice digital and social marketing to support the key business objectives. This includes content syndication, social media, SEM/SEO
- Effectively manage agency relationships and ensure that they are delivering the targeted outcomes and returns as necessary
- Manage regional marketing budget
- Be a thought leader in the region for Product Marketing and Influencer Marketing
- Consideration for privacy and security obligations
You've got what it takes if you have...
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent work experience
- 15+ years of relevant experience in IT industry, preferably in SaaS and Software
- 8+ years as regional Marketing lead
- Super familiar IT marketing landscape in the Asia region
- Experience with Salesforce.com and Marketo marketing automation systems
- Strong business insight, superb knowledge of marketing best practices
