This role sits within the Marketing, Customer & Commercial Leadership (CCL), and Public Affairs & Communications (PACS) Intelligence team within Enterprise Services. This team is dedicated to providing data and analytics solutions at scale, enabling cross-enterprise stakeholders in Marketing, CCL, and PACS to monitor business and brand performance and make more informed, data-driven decisions to foster topline growth and competitive advantage.

This effort aims to deliver distinctive, competitively advantaged scalable data and analytics measurement while ensuring operational excellence and service delivery are at the core of this transformation.

What You'll Do for Us

The Director Marketing, CCL & PACS Intelligence Integrated Data Management and Operations will be responsible for the integrated data management, operations, planning and orchestration across the end-to-end Marketing & PACS data and analytics product intelligence suite across category, innovation marketplace performance, consumption, purchase, integrated marketing communications, end-to-end experiences and PACS for The Coca-Cola Company.

This role will be responsible for identifying the essential data integration and technology requirements needed to develop, sustain, and expand the data and analytics suite of solutions as defined by the broader team. This leader will collaborate closely with Enterprise data and technology partners to ensure the successful execution and implementation of foundational data connections and technologies.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the management, governance, and integration of end-to-end intelligence suite, aligning and collaborating with the enterprise data and technology strategy and team.
  • Facilitate easy access to data across the Company by driving data democratization and simplification in partnership with enterprise data and technology team.
  • Lead key external global agency partnerships, defining the priority partners to unlock and bring the best from the outside in across the data and analytics landscape.
  • Design and implement user-centered personas and holistic data and analytics tools to enhance data fluency and user satisfaction.
  • Lead Marketing & PACS Intelligence data operations, orchestration, prioritization, backlog management and delivery effectiveness.
  • Design and operationalize operating effectiveness KPIs and tracking for maximum use and democratization across intelligence solutions for full enterprise data leverage.
  • Lead, develop and nurture partnership across enterprise and domain-led data strategy needs with business domains and data and tech services cross-functional partners, inspiring a culture of continuous improvement, adaptability, and personal accountability. Model a high-performing engagement team culture that drives transformational impact.

Qualification & Requirements

Data and technology expertise:

  • Advanced data management: Expertise in data governance, data integration, data quality, and data architecture.
  • Data analytics platforms: Proficiency with analytics platforms such as Power BI and other business intelligence tools.
  • Cross-functional data & technology collaboration: Demonstrated ability to collaborate across multiple functions, teams and external vendors to achieve technology and data integration goals.

Strategic planning & process governance:

  • Expertise in strategic planning and project management to establish operational efficiencies.
  • Ability to define and track metrics and OKRs to drive prioritization and ensure continuous strong solution delivery.
  • Strong skills in connecting the dots, identifying, and implementing best practice processes for integration to ensure optimal outcomes.

Innovation & complexity:

  • Creativity in conceptualizing new methods, techniques, and processes for increased efficiency and integration across vertical product-focused teams.
  • Proficiency in stakeholder management to enhance understanding, adoption, and full utilization of plans.
  • Analytical problem-solving skills to propose creative, modern solutions or advancements within the job area/function.
  • Adept design thinking across multiple user personas to ensure products and solutions will be fit-for-purpose and most relevant and usable across stakeholder base.

Communication & influence:

  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills with a focus on simplification and storytelling.
  • Proven ability to cultivate strong partnerships cross-functionally and with external agency partners.
  • Competence in integrating and connecting multiple, disaggregated data points into compelling and cohesive products and systems.

RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, ideally in international settings leading culturally diverse teams.
  • Experience managing teams and agency partners in delivering complex data management projects.
  • Experience developing and managing self-service digital tools/platforms leveraging data & analytics and technology solutions.
  • Experience in agency/consulting/client-services preferred.
  • Experience building data and analytics solutions and/or leveraging data and analytics solutions as a business user within marketing or another function preferred but note required.
  • Strong background in strategic planning, design thinking, and agile methodologies.
  • Proven experience in developing and operationalizing both strategic and executional plans, with a blend of short-term and long-term perspectives.
  • Excellent project management skills with familiarity in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smart Sheets, Trello, etc.).
  • Passion for influencing the adoption of new transformational solutions, approaches, and services.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or Advanced Degree preferred.
