Enterprise Services acts as the backbone of our operating structure by providing a network of enterprise-wide scaled solutions and services.

This role sits within the Marketing, CCL & PACS Intelligence (MCPI) Services team, which is a service line embedded in the broader Enterprise Services structure. In your role within the Business & Marketplace Performance Domain, you will support the creation of comprehensive analytics solutions, provide strategic support to the Senior Leadership Team, and equip the organization with data and analytics products supporting long-range and business planning activities. In Collaboration with the Digital & Technology Services team this role is essential in ensuring the successful execution of strategic roadmaps and delivery of MPI initiatives.

What You'll Do for Us

Create and implement business performance management Book of Record:

  • Support the creation and implementation of the Company's Book of Record for official Marketing metrics reporting
  • Operationalize the solution and standardize the process to provide official performance metrics to support quarterly performance deep-dives, annual business planning, and long-range planning activities
  • Ensure performance metrics are embedded into the reporting solutions, dashboards, and routines that are being used by stakeholders in Marketing, Strategy, Commercial, and Finance

Advance the Market Share Analytics Roadmap:

  • Continue to drive adoption of the Holistic Industry and Share trends solution to assist in the creation and distribution of monthly industry estimates coupled with insightful analyses
  • Design and implement solutions to effectively evaluate the competitive landscape across various markets and categories
  • Collaborate with data teams to ensure the collection, integration, and accuracy of relevant data sources across multiple channels and platforms
  • Design and deliver compelling visualization and reports to communicate key market share insights and trends to stakeholders
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership to drive informed decision-making across the organization

Drive solution landscape to analyze the future:

  • Support the development of industry and share forecasting processes and solutions for both short-term and long-term
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in the Operating Units, Center Domains, and Categories to define long-term solution strategies and roadmaps, including necessary capabilities, integration requirements and adoption plans

Optimize Business Performance reporting domain:

  • Drive the enhancement of global business performance routines, models, and tools. Support the integrated insights agenda within Business & Marketplace Performance to drive enterprise-wide awareness and adoption of analytics solutions.
  • Demonstrate user-centric product design and practice innovative thinking through constant improvement of service design and through utilization of innovative technology, i.e. Artificial Intelligence, in BMP Analytics solutions.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports; establish validation checks and work with data teams to maintain quality

Provide Executive Business Reporting, Dashboards, and Scorecards

  • Ensure effective communication of key findings / insights to senior leadership and relevant stakeholders within TCCC
  • Support the development and delivery of the Category Monthly Routines and Quarterly Deep Dives

Qualification & Requirements

Functional Skills:

  • Data Storytelling - Simplicity is Key: Ability to simplify and persuasively communicate complex data into actionable insights to non-experts and cross-functional business stakeholders
  • Data Analysis & Insights Generation: Proficiency in analyzing large, complex datasets to identify trends, forecast demand, and deliver actionable insights for global categories and innovation initiatives
  • Advanced Analytics: Proficiency in predictive algorithms, leveraging emerging technologies for optimized data processing, analytics generation, and insights delivery
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Experience working with global, cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Strategy, Technology) to ensure alignment with key stakeholders
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to present insights and influence senior leadership and stakeholders globally

Related Work Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years of work experience, FMCG analytics expertise. The required focus is on the relevance of the recent work you have done as it pertains to this role. We look for experience working across teams and geographies in a complex, global environment leading or leveraging teams of internal and external resources. Experience in a regional or global role preferred. Ideally you will have worked in roles that have developed both strategic and operations capability.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required; Master Degree preferred.
