Please note: This is not a Remote role and will require the incumbent to be based in Taguig, Philippines and follow a hybrid work schedule. This is an Individual Contributor role.
This resource would support the Global Contingent Resourcing & CW Workday Process BPL with regards to the contingent worker records and related Workday processes, as well as support staffing agency needs in the EMEA & APAC geographies. Primary role would be to support Staffing Agency needs in assigned countries include coordinating CW-Staff Augmentation requisitions between the agencies and the hiring managers and guiding managers on related contracting related tasks.

- Coordinating staffing requisitions and related required process steps with hiring managers and agencies.
- Maintain points of contact of approved staffing agencies by country
- Maintain documentation of related contracts, requisitions, and work orders.
- Guide HMs and agencies on any contract changes, renewals and contract close out.
This worker would assist TCCC managers in EMEA and APAC countries who are looking for short-term resources. Responsibilities would include guiding the managers on the following:
- approved/preferred providers per region/country
- PO and invoicing process
- Vendor master record creation when new providers are contracted
- Preferred/Required documents for manager, worker, or vendor
- Worker accesses & onboarding processes
- Worker/Contract extension or change processes
- Worker Offboard and invoice/PO close out processes
Requisition Management
- Collaborate with department managers and executives to obtain information on open contingent roles.
- Understand and document hiring managers' requirements for roles and ideal candidates.
- Collaborate with staffing agencies to help fill open positions
- Arrange and schedule interviews and participate in them if required.
Workorder Management
- Create and manage onboarding paperwork and input new starter information into the ATS system.
- Consult & confirm with agencies regarding identification and right-to-work documents.
- Ensure new workers are well-informed about the company and provide a warm welcome on their first days.
- Guide managers and agencies related to the initial PO and invoicing process
- Guide hiring managers and agencies on contract changes, renewals, and contract closeouts.
- Coordinate worker accesses, onboarding processes, and offboarding procedures.
Agency Management
- Maintain points of contact of approved staffing agencies by country.
- Coordinate ensure vendor master record creation or modifications to support POs
- Track and manage contingent labor contracts, requisitions, and work orders.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and processes.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Associate's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience
- Experience in collaboration with staffing agencies for recruiting, contracting and invoice tracking.
- Familiarity with Contingent Labor agency contracts (terms & conditions such as conversion fees, payment terms, co-employment mitigations, etc.) and/or typical talent acquisition processes (requisition, shortlisting, assessment, offer, required documents)
- Must have experience and ease with Excel Spreadsheets for data analysis, including primarily pivot tables and VLOOKUP's
- Familiarity or ability to learn and apply skills in data gathering (e.g. creating MS Forms) and data management (Understanding the use of distinct data attributes to help research and categorize data)
- Good oral and written communications for the purpose of writing technical guides and training others to clearly understand the processes and policies being supported
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
