Key Responsibilities

As a Strategy Intern, you will be involved in shaping Coca-Cola's strategic vision. You will analyze market data, support decision-making on key initiatives, and provide strategic recommendations that align with the company's growth ambitions.

  • Support the development and execution of business strategies that drive sustainable growth.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Assist in creating business cases for new product innovations, acquisitions, or market expansions.
  • Collaborate with various teams to align strategic objectives with business operations.
  • Help analyze performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Participate in long-term planning processes and strategic projects.

Requirements

  • Educational background: An undergraduate student, pursuing a bachelor's degree, or master's student, completing a master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Right to work: Legal authorisation to work in Greece. No visa sponsorship is provided.
  • Commitment: Must be available to start October 1st 2025 and commit to 40 hours/week for a 12 month internship.
  • Language: Fluency in English (with strong verbal and written communication skills)
  • Attributes: Enthusiasm towards Coca-Cola, its brands and its values. Curious, agile, creative and passionate about learning and making a true impact in a high-performance and diverse environment.
  • Relationship skills: Being inclusive, team-oriented, and adept at building relationships.
  • Relevant Knowledge: Ability to analyze and interpret data, strong organizational and strategic planning, proficiency in Microsoft Office, innovative and analytical thinking, problem-solving orientation, effective communication of strategic ideas, and multitasking abilities.
