The Strategy function at Coca-Cola plays a pivotal role in setting the long-term direction of the company. We are responsible for identifying growth opportunities, navigating market trends, and building key strategies that enable Coca-Cola to remain the world's most valuable and recognizable brand.

• Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Assist in creating business cases for new product innovations, acquisitions, or market expansions.
• Collaborate with various teams to align strategic objectives with business operations.
• Help analyze performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• 360 understanding of performance connecting shopper, consumer (qualitative & quantitative insights), customer information in a holistic way
• Definition of key actionable recommendations for the Business

• Educational background: An undergraduate student, pursuing a bachelor's degree, or master's student, completing a master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Right to work: Legal authorization to work in Spain. No visa sponsorship is provided.
• Commitment: Must be available to start October 1st 2025 and commit to 29 hours/week for a 12 month internship.
• Language: Fluency in English (with strong verbal and written communication skills)

• Relationship skills: Being inclusive, team-oriented, and adept at building relationships.
• Relevant Knowledge: data analysis and interpretation, strategic planning, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI, innovative and analytical thinking, problem-solving, clear communication of strategic ideas, multitasking, adaptability in learning new tools, and excellent project management and organizational skills under pressure. A collaborative team player capable of working autonomously.
