A Talent Management Specialist will support Cinemark's talent management strategy through the processes of performance management, career development and employee engagement; connecting all employees to the organization's purpose and driving results as well as behaviors aligned to our culture and values.

- Support the execution of the full performance management process using Workday, for our Corporate (Service Center and Field Support roles) and theatre teams from developing annual priorities, check-ins and feedback, and the annual year-end reviews.
- Review analysis of performance data trends to assist in providing insights for leadership on overall engagement and retention.
- Support the optimization of our existing Workday Talent modules through configuring, reporting, data analytics and insights to enhance decision-making.
- Measure the overall effectiveness of Talent Management programs and systems.
- Support the career development process including assisting in the rollout of competencies at the manager- and individual contributor-levels, developing and updating skills and behaviors, and identifying development needs and actions.
- Create development resources to support competency rollout.
Employee Engagement
- Coordinate and set up talent management trainings, workshops and other events
- Assist in coordinating the every-other-year survey deployment for our Corporate teams with survey vendors, as well as the bi-annual survey deployment for our Theatre teams with our internal Workday team.
- Provide continued management of survey reporting and the action planning process.
- Support management to facilitate feedback and listening sessions, as well as team assessments and pulse surveys

- Bring innovation, creative thinking, and a solid understanding of current and evolving talent management best practices, to help refine our Talent strategy across the enterprise.
What You Will Need to Have:
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources management and/or these disciplines within HR - Talent, Performance Management, OD, Training needed.
- Bachelor's degree/4-year degree
- Highly accountable
- Ability to start work independently and prioritize effectively
- Ability to meet/exceed delivery deadlines with minimal supervision
- Ability to translate complex problems into simple, realistic solutions that exceed expectations of our internal customers
- Ability to effectively manage time while juggling multiple projects
