WHAT YOU'LL DO
We are looking for a Talent Specialist (f/m/d) for our Talent Management Unit (TMU) for the Consulting Team. As part of the TMU, you will be the central contact for our (Junior) Associates and (Junior) Consultants in all personnel and career-related topics, from operational personnel planning (case staffing) to classic career development from the start at BCG and thus accompany our consultants along their central career processes in a role like that of an HR Business Partner.
As part of personnel deployment planning (case staffing), you will ensure that our associates and consultants are optimally assigned to projects and that the selection of these consultants is ideally matched to the personal career development needs.

As a member of the core team in the Career Development Committee, you will be responsible for overseeing all career development processes, including the preparation and follow-up of career development meetings, and involvement in the promotion processes of the colleagues you supervise. You will also work closely with the respective Career Advisors of the Committee.
As a Talent Specialist, you also act as a central point of contact for HR issues and - for individual cases that require further consultation - establish contact with our HR expertise functions. In this way, you fulfill an important hub function as a navigator within the BCG HR universe. For the respective HR topics, you always look for solutions that consider both business and people need with foresight and have the development of our colleagues as a whole in mind. You communicate decisions independently with a calm and empathetic demeanor and diplomatic skills.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

Commercial apprenticeship or higher education
At least three years of relevant experience in a related area in an international environment, experience in a professional services business is a plus
Excellent organizational and time management skills, able to deal with a high-volume workload
Able to work and communicate effectively with senior management
Able to build strong & credible relationships with all levels of staff
High motivation and flexibility
High level of integrity, discreetness, and trust
Accurate and 100% reliable
Integrative personality and good conflict-management skills
Strong team spirit and personal dedication
Professional and service-oriented behaviour
Full command of all MS office related programs
Fluency in English, German is nice to have

YOU'LL WORK WITH
You will work in our Talent Management and Mobility team in Switzerland with close contact to our other departments such as HR Operations, Recruiting and Finance as well as our Central Europe TMU.
