2025 Internship Program:
We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic interns to join our Corporate Internship Program located at the Cinemark Service Center in Plano, TX.
This program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience within an inclusive and collaborative environment. As an Intern, you will work closely with a professional mentor, contribute to meaningful projects, and gain valuable insights into the corporate world.

This is a 10-week paid learning experience from June 2nd to August 8th, offering $15.00 per hour. Interns will follow a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) and will work 40 hours per week during standard business hours.
The role of a Talent Management and Learning Intern:
This internship offers an opportunity to support our Career Development process, with a focus on competencies. The intern will assist in rolling out competency frameworks, mapping competencies for senior roles, and aligning them with our learning programs.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with in-person and virtual rollout workshops for ~450 individual contributors and ~80 managers.
- Develop and execute a post-rollout survey to gather feedback.
- Create a competency matrix and research best practices in competency-based learning.
- Design a learning path for VP/Director+ roles and develop methods to track progress.
- Implement tools to assess competency development and gather employee feedback.
- Provide recommendations on leveraging tools like ChatGPT, Workday/SharePoint, MS Forms, LinkedIn Learning, and ExecOnline.
Requirements:
- Minimum GPA Required: 3.0
- Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in HR, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Learning Technologies, or related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
