About the Internship:
The Human Resources department is looking for an intern to join their Talent Management team! You will be a member of the Talent Management team, partnering with Talent Acquisition and our HR Business Partners on key initiatives for the team. You will have the opportunity to apply your education to a professional setting, while gaining valuable experience and skills. In this position you will learn and apply our processes, and you will have the opportunity to recommend improvements and impact real change.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing our Manager Learning Portal which will include uploading new content to our site, creating marketing materials, communications and specialized content catalogs

- Own a project that will impact the team and present findings at the conclusion of the internship
- Support virtual learning in a producer role ranging from individual contributor skill development to leadership workshops
- Research best practices and emerging trends to identify opportunities for growth and support of training and development programs and technologies
- Assist with a manager communication strategy
- Shadow Talent Management team members to understand their work and how it integrates across HR strategies to drive business results.
- Manage other special projects as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Enrollment at a college/university through Summer 2025 and into the Fall 2025 semester
- Major in Human Resources or a related discipline
Desired Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency or knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Learnings from your completed courses pertaining to the Talent Management focus area in Human Resources is preferred.
Internship Details
- The start date will be Thursday, May 29, 2025
- The internship will last approximately 12 weeks, ending on Friday, August 22, 2025
- This is a full-time internship (5 days per week at 7.25 hours per day)
- The format is expected to be hybrid

Compensation & Benefits
- The hourly rate range is $18.07 to $27.89 (the exact rate will be determined by internship type and rising school year)
