Role Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist is responsible for delivering comprehensive HR technology support for Talent Acquisition, with a focus on configuring and managing Workday and other HR technology solutions. This role involves leading projects related to system enhancements, releases, and maintenance, while collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver effective solutions. The specialist will also manage daily operational tasks to support the recruiting team, ensuring the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full HR technology support for Talent Acquisition, including configuring Workday and other HR technology solutions.


  • Manage the talent acquisition email inbox for over 300 theatres, including responding to inquiries, scheduling interviews, and forwarding relevant information to the appropriate team members


  • Lead and manage projects related to system enhancements, releases, and maintenance.


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and deliver HR technology solutions aligned with strategic HR priorities.


  • Partner cross functionally with team members to gather requirements for system enhancements and customizations.


  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, executive leadership, and candidates.


  • Oversee background checks for candidates in compliance with company policies and regulations.


  • Manage job postings, source candidates, and troubleshoot issues within the Workday system.


  • Communicate with candidates regarding application status, interview scheduling, onboarding requirements, and other relevant information.


  • Conduct virtual training sessions to educate employees on Workday functionalities, features, and best practices.


  • Enhance existing processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and service.


  • Provide general support to the recruiting team on offer approvals, offer letters, relocation, and related tasks.


  • Maintain the highest degree of professionalism and confidentiality on sensitive matters.


  • Facilitate the creation and availability of franchise-branded recruiting materials.


  • Co-lead New Hire Orientation and the E-Verify process for all new hires.


  • Manage the immigration process for new hires.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.


  • Demonstrated experience in HR technology support, particularly with Workday.


  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead system enhancements and maintenance projects.


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively partner with stakeholders.


  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.


  • High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.


  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


  • Experience in managing immigration processes is a plus.
