RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinating cooperation with external HR & payroll providers responsible for creating payroll lists for the countries where we have our offices (the countries you will handle will depend on you)
  • Monitoring payroll reports and salary calculations
  • Ensuring the accuracy of documentation and data
  • Checking employee working hours and vacations
  • Collaborating with the team responsible for administration and benefits
  • Participating in global projects, implementing automation and making improvements

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

  • 2+ years of experience in HR administration and payroll
  • Solid understanding of labor law, social insurance, and taxes
  • Proficiency in English
  • Strong experience with Exceland enjoyment in working with numbers
  • Ability to be a team player, fostering open communication
  • Diligence and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and rapidly changing environment

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with systems such as SAP, Workday and Service Now
  • Experience in an accounting office is highly advantageous
