Your Role and Responsibilities
As a consultant you will serve as a client-facing practitioner who sells, leads and implements expert services utilizing the breadth of IBM's offerings and technologies. A successful Consultant is regarded by clients as a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide innovative solutions used to solve the most challenging business problems.
You will work developing solutions that excel at user experience, style, performance, reliability and scalability to reduce costs and improve profit and shareholder value.
Your primary responsibilities include:
- Build, automate and release solutions based on client's priorities and requirements.
- Explore and discover risks and resolving issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality and bring to the table potential solutions.
- Make sure that all integration solutions meet the client specifications and are delivered on time.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Experience of SAP HR processes across the areas as : Payroll on-premise (European Payroll preferably Germany Payroll) & Replication / Data migration
- Knowledge of EU Directives that regulate working hours, minimum wages, holiday entitlements, and data protection (GDPR).
- Familiarity with Country specific Regulations pertaining to unique tax laws, social security systems, and employment regulations that payroll systems must comply with.
- Familiarity with special features of Germany Payroll pertaining to Income Tax, Solidarity Surcharge, Church Tax, etc.
- Experience in Social Security contributions like Health Insurance, Pension Insurance, Unemployment Insurance, Long Term Care Insurance, Accident Insurance. & Proficiency in configuring time management functionality in SAP HR to track standard work hours, minimum wages and Leave Entitlements.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Experience with SAP tools (e.g., LSMW, BDC, ABAP Debugging)
- Experience with Time Management implementation and/or support
- Cloud Platform Integration
