About the role

We are hiring for a Senior Manager of People Analytics on our People team reporting to the Sr. Director of People Data, Analytics, and Technology. In this role, you will play a critical part in building the foundation of Chime's people data infrastructure and advancing our employee listening strategy. You will act as a trusted analytics partner to our People Partners and Centers of Excellence (COE) leaders, ensuring data-driven insights are at the core of decision-making. Your work will directly impact employee engagement, retention, and overall organizational effectiveness through the development of comprehensive analytics solutions and actionable insights.

The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $168,570 and up to $238,900. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.

In this role, you can expect to
  • Lead the development and implementation of a robust people data foundation and analytics infrastructure to support Chime's evolving needs.
  • Build and scale an employee listening strategy, utilizing feedback tools and surveys to gain insights on employee experience and organizational health.
  • Act as a strategic analytics partner to People Partners and COE leaders, providing data-driven recommendations and insights to inform talent strategies.
  • Develop dashboards, metrics, and reporting tools that offer visibility into key people trends and inform decision-making across HR functions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure people data is accurate, accessible, and integrated across systems.
  • Lead a team of analysts to deliver high-quality insights, ensuring alignment with Chime's people strategy.

To thrive in this role, you have
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, HR, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in people analytics, with 3+ years in a management role.
  • Expertise in building and maintaining data infrastructures and analytics solutions.
  • Strong proficiency in employee listening and feedback mechanisms, such as surveys and pulse tools.
  • Experience with People Data Platforms such as OneModel and Visier is a plus.
  • Experience with survey platforms like CultureAmp, Glint, and Qualtrics is also a plus.
  • Ability to effectively partner with HR teams and business leaders to translate data into meaningful strategies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience leading analytics teams and conveying insights to diverse audiences.
