About the role
We are looking for a Procurement Systems analyst, who will be responsible for managing the systems that support - intake, sourcing, risk assessment, vendor onboarding and procurement business processes. Our Sourcing and procurement systems include - Zip, Ironclad, Coupa Risk, Coupa. Our ideal candidate will have an advanced understanding of the core applications and modules, Source-to-Pay processes, systems configuration, bulk data uploads and systems integration using APIs. This is a technical role and you will work closely with other systems admins, architects, procurement, legal and accounting business users to build and maintain system changes as per the requests.

The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $125,640 and up to $174,500. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
In this role, you can expect to
- Provide technical support to Zip, Coupa and other Sourcing and Procurement systems
- Assist in the design, development, testing and roll-out of additional modules as required
- Hands-on technical and functional experience on systems configurations for modules supporting - Intake, risk assessment, supplier onboarding, forms customization, bulk data upload in Coupa, approval workflows, invoicing, virtual cards, cXML punchouts, expense module and Coupa pay
- Hands on experience in API development and build integrations between systems
- Able to create lookups, Account validation rules, GL and Billing string coding based on User COA and commodities
- Reviews major release notes from SaaS systems and provide assessment and impact analysis
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Procurement and Accounting functions on projects and priorities for sourcing and procurement systems to ensure that the business needs are met by system changes
- Possess deep business process knowledge to identify and propose process efficiencies to business users related to sourcing and procurement systems and processes
To thrive in this role, you have
- Overall 6+ years of work experience in Sourcing and Procurement business processes and systems
- A Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Analytics, or relevant field
- Strong technical expertise in systems configurations, API development and integrations
- Business process knowledge, problem solving, analytic, project management, and people skills are a must.
- Ability to work effectively and prioritize constantly changing priorities and deadlines
