Overview

Chick-fil-A Supply Staff Selection Advisor is a highly skilled individual who leads and manages talent acquisition practices to ensure the proper and effective identification and placement of talent. They partner with Hiring Managers, Leaders, and Interview teams to clearly understand their strategy and business needs and lead them through the selection process. They lead the recruitment and interview process and act as key contact for candidates. They develop recruiting strategies to support the start-up of new Distribution Center locations, develop diversity recruitment strategies, attend college campus and industry events and support Chick-fil-A Supply Services openings when needed.

  • Build client relationships with client contacts at all levels of the organization
  • Manage full-cycle selection process, to include data collection and analysis from beginning to end
  • of the recruiting process in our applicant tracking system, as well as internal team resources as needed
  • Make decision to advance or decline candidates
  • Drive interview and selection process while maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers
  • Collaborate with key internal clients to understand business strategy, direction, and talent needs
  • Utilize strategy information from key businesses/functions to develop a proactive talent strategy
  • Source active and passive candidates to provide a strong interview slate to hiring teams
  • Develop diversity recruiting strategies to build a pipeline of talent and to ensure diverse slate of
  • candidates is presented to Hiring Managers
  • Generate a high volume and high-quality pipeline of candidates
  • Ensure remarkable candidate experience
  • Monitor and consult to industry workforce trends
  • Collaborate with Total Rewards team on compensation & leveling
  • Develop Executive Summary documents for all candidates prior to Final interview
  • Lead existing TA programs (ex. Lunch and Learns) with a focus on refreshing the curriculum/event and executing the final product
  • Support interview training and coaching interviewers on hiring best practices
  • Support with training and onboarding of new talent acquisition team members


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience from which comparable skills can be acquired
  • 3+ years of related experience
  • Demonstrated passion for identifying talents and strengths in others
  • Skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Track record indicative of high business acumen, including the ability to understand general business
  • Computer proficiency including e-mail, excel spreadsheet, Microsoft windows, and applicant tracking systems
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and teamwork skills
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve significant results while working independently and with minimal supervision


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Behavioral-based interviewing experience
  • Experience sourcing candidate and recruiting in a distribution, manufacturing, or similar environment
  • Experience supporting a start-up business
