Overview

CFA Servco is a subsidiary of Chick-fil-A Inc. responsible for managing Chick-fil-A's gift card program. The Program Lead will have full responsibility for all management, strategy, and growth for the assigned gift card programs. They will define short-term and long-term strategic priorities across their programs.

This is a professional level role requiring a person with an elevated skill level who consistently applies and leverages knowledge of advanced gift card knowledge and concepts with generally accepted project management practices and procedures. They will partner closely with the Servco Analyst to solve complex problems, create valuable financial insights, and drive information sharing and decision making.

The Program Lead is expected to balance intuition and industry knowledge to build programs with a focus on the stewardship/return on investment (ROI) implications of those choices while maintaining gift card compliance.

Responsibilities

Core responsibilities exercised with limited review:

  • Lead strategic partnerships with Legal, Marketing and Outside Partners.
  • Serve as subject matter expert with advanced knowledge and full technical responsibility for assigned programs.
  • Support the analysis and recommendation of program changes that directly affect the sales and redemptions of gift cards to drive more revenue for the company by balancing incremental spend with Investment profits. Identifies and communicates potential risks associated with assigned programs and provides contingency plans when needed.
  • Apply advanced, specialized gift card specific knowledge and project management skills to plan and direct projects and ensure commitments are achieved within agreed upon time, cost, and quality parameters.
  • Assist with strategic direction of the assigned programs ensuring adaptations for market changes, current and emerging industry opportunities and overall profitability and ROI of each program.
  • Apply robust knowledge of principles, practices and procedures using a broad suite of tools and methods.
  • Available and responsive to internal business partners, providing 2nd mile service.
  • Document processes and requirements, automate and improve processes and serve as a partner for process improvement on the Servco team.
  • Educate self, team and leadership of relevant trends, compliance requirements, and industry innovations in the U.S. and in potential expansion countries as it relates to gift cards and payments.
  • Serve as a representative of CFA Servco on cross-functional teams, with external vendors and with Chick-fil-A Operators and team members.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Advanced technical, analytical, organizational, problem-solving, communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities with competing deadlines
  • Self-driven, exhibiting a personal drive for excellence, eagerness to learn, and requiring limited supervision
  • Thorough understanding of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
