Your Opportunity: 
Chewy is currently recruiting for a dynamic onsite, high-volume Recruiter at our Fulfillment Center. You will be responsible for finding incredible talent for this critical area of Chewy’s business. If you are a full-cycle recruiter who understands how to source quickly and creatively, while always keeping the candidate experience top of mind, you will fit right in with our team. What you'll do: 

  • Identify recruiting sources, assess new talent, and focus on attracting diverse talent
  • Conduct independent sourcing via social recruiting, networking, job postings, cold calls, etc.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs to identify the right talent
  • Ensure a phenomenal candidate experience – treat them as amazingly as you would expect to be treated yourself
  • Juggle multiple priorities with finesse
  • Manage a consistent, high-volume of future Chewtopians through active and passive sourcing
  • Develop a pipeline of candidates in niche areas as determined by business strategy
  • Participate in Campus Recruiting, as needed
  • Track goals, metrics, and performance of the hiring cycle; regularly communicate results
  • Propose and implement ongoing innovations and improvements to recruitment process; we are hiring you as an expert and value your ideas and expertise

What you'll need: 

  • Drive and dedication to deliver exceptional results for our candidates and business partners
  • A successful track record of candidate sourcing
  • A knowledge of, and experience with, recruiting resources including social recruiting
  • Expertise in working with an ATS
  • Strong time managed skills and ability to adjust and be agile as the business demands
  • Outstanding networking and communication skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships
  • Savvy with the latest tech and tools
  • Flexibility to support onsite at both our Wilkes-Barre, PA and Jessup, PA facilities
