Chewy is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Program Manager for Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment (CPFR) to join our dynamic team in Plantation, FL. In this role, you'll lead efforts to implement, enhance, and manage a world-class CPFR program. The ideal candidate has a strong background in retail or eCommerce supply chain, is process-focused, and excels at collaborating across internal teams and external vendors. We're seeking someone who is organized, meticulous, and analytical, with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills. What You'll Do:

  • Partner with Analytics, Systems, S&OP, Merchant teams along with vendors to build out the Chewy CPFR program to drive inventory & operational efficiencies thereby reducing fulfillment costs.
  • Establish operational guidelines and measure critical metrics against the program guidelines.
  • Drive program expansion and implementation, coordinating with internal partners and directly engaging with external vendor partners.
  • Drive continuous improvement opportunities through systems and process documentation and enhancements for optimal efficiency and project management.
  • Create and maintain best practices playbook for metrics improvements.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Management or related field!
  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain preferably in supply/inventory planning or operations.
  • 3+ years of experience in vendor facing planning roles, preferably with CPFR experience.
  • Facilitation experience at all levels of the organization; must be comfortable addressing both large and small audiences.
  • Ability to think and perform strategically and tactically.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, vlookup, Macros, Data Manipulation, Formulas etc.)
  • Previous experience with SQL and Tableau.
  • Strong written, verbal, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Position may require travel.

Bonus:

  • E-commerce background is a plus.
  • MBA preferred. Procurement certifications are a plus (e.g., CSPM, APP, ISM, IPMM or MCIPS).
