Our Opportunity:

Chewy is looking for a customer-centric and data-driven Print Marketing Manager who will oversee and execute on the the print media marketing program for Chewy’s most active and pet-obsessed customers to join our team based in Dania Beach, FL or Boston, MA or Minneapolis, MN or Bellevue, WA. This role will be responsible for the planning, orchestration, execution and measurement of of print campaigns (direct mail, inserts, circulars, and shared mailing program) designed to acquire new customers, increase customer engagement and drive incremental sales.  They will also play a central role in facilitating communication and coordination across teams to ensure that timelines are met, prioritization is clear, and wins and misses shared across teams.

What you'll do:

  • Implement a print media roadmap designed to drive new customer acquisition and assist in development of print programs to drive overall customer retention
  • Maintain and optimize a testing agenda designed to continuously improve response and efficiency
  • Work with internal data science resources to ensure prioritization of needs is clear, and that essential technical steps are taken for list selection, segmentation, and tracking
  • Partner in driving innovation from new print media channels including inserts, shared mailers and 3rd party box inserts.
  • Drive continuous improvement across email KPIs including reach, redemption rate, CPA and profitability of the program
  • Manage reporting requests and ongoing analyses for campaign performance, key insights, and strategic learnings
  • Drive a costumer first approach to all print experiences
  • Effectively partner across the organization: integrated marketing, engineering, product management, merchandising and supply chain
  • Be knowledgeable on print best practices, processes, and trends

What you'll need:

  • A passion and track record for customer-centric marketing
  • 3+ years of print and/or direct marketing experience; ecommerce preferred
  • Understanding of both acquisition and lifecycle marketing
  • Bachelors degree, Masters a plus
  • Data-driven and analytical with strong ability to interpret and identify insights through data
  • Hands-on experience designing and implementing print campaigns from creative turn in, to working with print partners
  • Deep understanding of print process, planning, development and execution of print campaigns
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with ability to clearly articulate information that influences data-driven business decisions
  • Ability to operate independently and efficiently to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously and successfully, without sacrificing attention to detail
  • Deep knowledge of print best practices, technologies, and trends

Bonus:

  • Working knowledge of SQL, Tableau and other data analytics tools
  • Experience working with data scientists / modeling

The specific hourly range offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k.

Non-exempt hourly team members accrue paid time off (PTO) subject to manager approval. Non-exempt hourly team members in Fulfillment Centers and Customer Service are also eligible for additional unplanned unpaid time off (UTO). Team members will receive six paid holidays per year. Team members may be eligible for paid sick and family leave in compliance with applicable state and local regulations.

Pay Range
$91,000$125,000 USD

The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant.
