The position can be located in either Houston, TX or San Ramon, CA. Other non-US locations may be considered.

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

  • Planning and executing all the work necessary to make learning experiences in the learning portfolio (comprised of learning for leadership, professional, compliance and technical learning) available for consumption by the business. Coordinate with various stakeholders like Learning Performance Consultants (LPCs), Learning Experience Design, the Delivery Team, and Program Support to develop and deliver Learning experiences across the enterprise.

Key role in partnering with Learning Performance Consultants globally and Learning Experience Design during needs analysis (to identify the learning need of the business) through execution (designing a learning experience from end to end, including decisions to purchase or to develop in-house) to develop Learning solutions and to add to the expanding L&D portfolio of learning assets.

  • Work with the Delivery Team to understand and monitor demand for learning programs, so that they need can be addressed through forecasting and scheduling.

  • In partnership with the Planning & Portfolio Team Lead and the Delivery Team Lead, manage and own the deployment project plans and corresponding activities to ensure learning programs are available, ready for consumption by the business and communicated to HR Partners and the business.

  • Work with the Learning Coordination Team who provides support for the delivery of learning solutions. Plan and communicate the details regarding learning delivery and planning of delivery to key business stakeholders. Monitor programs for effectiveness and gather feedback from stakeholders to inform recommendations for improvement.

  • Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor´s Degree in related field

    • Min 3 – 5 years of learning and development experience required including deployment of learning experiences and development programs

    • Strong project management and communication skills– should include proficiency in PowerPoint

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience using Workday Learning

    • Experience developing marketing and communication plans for learning programs

    • Prior experience in program design, curation or facilitation of learning

    Relocation Options:
