We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst with a passion for experimenting with generative AI. Join our dynamic team to explore groundbreaking solutions that advance our Go-To-Market (GTM) efforts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize impactful experiments, driving innovation in GTM data, processes, and technology. Use your insights to help shape strategies and guide the direction of our GTM initiatives.

What you’ll do

  • Drive AI-based experimentation initiatives, uncovering actionable insights that refine our GTM strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to bring visionary greenfield projects to life, balancing creativity with practical implementation.
  • Develop detailed project plans and metrics, translating complex insights into straightforward, actionable recommendations.
  • Act as a key liaison between technical teams and business units, communicating complex ideas in an accessible manner.
  • Monitor the progress of experiments, iterating and adapting to maximize impact and success.
  • Prioritize multiple projects to align with strategic business goals and stakeholder expectations.

What you bring

  • 3-5+ years in a business systems or analytical role, yearning to apply generative AI in innovative ways.
  • 3+ years of experience with automation building in Salesforce and point-to-point integrations (gsheet, zapier, IFTT)
  • Proven knowledge of AI application and foundational models.
  • Exposure to common revenue tooling (forecasting, engagement, enrichment, routing, marketing automation)
  • Familiarity with GTM processes and metrics, and a passion for AI-driven solutions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Proven ability to bridge communication between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring mutual understanding and alignment.
  • Expertise in clarifying and translating business requirements into actionable technical deliverables that meet organizational goals.
  • Experience in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is advantageous.
  • A background in a relevant field is preferred, but a strong passion for leveraging technology to drive efficiency and continuously improve processes is critical.
