Checkout.com is looking for a strategic-thinking, resourceful, and highly-driven Process Improvement Specialist - Compliance Operations to help drive process improvement and efficiency across Client Services. This is an outstanding opportunity to be part of a small, impactful team passionate about driving operational excellence!

How you'll make an impact:

  • Supporting and collaborating with key stakeholders and the Head of 1LOD Compliance Operations to define and implement the required processes to operationalise a successful 1LOD function.
  • Taking existing processes, unwinding, rebuilding and reimagining them so that they result in world class Compliance flows.
  • Ensuring our process flows are frictionless for teammates, by creating step-by-step instructions/guides and documentation for use globally
  • Identifying business process challenges through data analysis and collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Providing clear and concise presentation of findings and design plans to stakeholders globally.
  • Identify areas for improvement in our current merchant onboarding journey and compliance flow, and work with relevant business partners to implement the required changes

Qualifications

About You:

  • Have a minimum 2 years previous experience in Compliance Operations with a strong understanding of 1LOD and 2LOD framework and responsibilities
  • 1-2 years of process excellence experience, ideally managing processes and projects across multiple global units.
  • Experience in developing and designing process outlines, flowcharts and implementation procedures.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment where you've successfully managed, coordinated, executed and maintained projects in a deadline-driven environment.
  • You are a mission driven individual who will demonstrate and drive the company culture with your colleagues.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Experience of merchant acquiring or payments processing risk will be beneficial.
