As a Specialist, IT Program Management, you will provide overall project management support for technology infrastructure projects in the Stock Plan Services, Shared Services organization. You will coordinate complex, cross-functional infrastructure projects (Server, Network, Database) from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope. You will collaborate with various teams, including IT, Security, Operations and Product to deliver high-quality infrastructure solutions that align with business objectives.

Essential Functions:

  • Coordinate multiple IT infrastructure projects (e.g., data center migrations, network upgrades) using project management best practices and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
  • Proactively identify potential risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and lead efforts to resolve project-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Provide guidance and conflict resolution to ensure project success and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting, including project schedules, meeting notes, confluence pages and JIRA stories.
  • Ensure all infrastructure projects comply with relevant security policies, regulatory requirements, and IT standards.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by reviewing and refining infrastructure processes and project management methodologies.
  • Ensure project goals are achieved by their assigned date and maintain a sense of urgency to help the team stay focused on task completion.

What you have

Required qualifications

  • At least 2 years of project management experience handling large, sophisticated, and cross-functional projects with emphasis on IT infrastructure systems including Server, Network and Database technologies.
  • 2+ years of experience with Atlassian tool stack(e.g., JIRA, Confluence).

Preferred qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to excel in a complex environment.
  • Proven success executing tasks in ambiguous and uncertain situations.
