Senior Workplace Investment Consultant

London, United Kingdom

Your opportunity

At Schwab, you're empowered to make an impact on your career. Here, innovative thought meets creative problem solving, helping us "challenge the status quo" and transform the finance industry together. Our London, UK branch has an exciting brand-new role which will enhance our ability to serve UK based investors who use Schwab's platform to manage their employment compensation.

Schwab's UK branch in central London is at the heart of our international strategy and the firm's commitment to helping UK investors own their financial futures. As a Senior Workplace Investment Consultant at Schwab UK, you will be aligned to one or more Schwab Stock Plan Services ("SPS") relationship(s) as their UK based Schwab ambassador. Acting as the "face of Schwab," you will be the corporate sponsor's primary local contact, vectoring the requirements of existing Schwab corporate clients across a wide spectrum of wealth management needs, including being able to answer in-the-moment questions, providing point-in-time guidance and offering suitable investment solutions to clients who need help. While providing high-touch service through on-campus, face-to-face and virtual relationship building, and educational events, you will be supported by a team of dedicated professionals who can help in servicing the complex financial needs your clients may have. In addition to representing Schwab on campus for our corporate UK clients, there will be occasional opportunities for international travel, and as well as managing multiple relationships with corporate and individual clients, you will have responsibility for overseeing (and delivering) a program of virtual and in-person educational events for our retail clients.
