We are looking for an exceptional learning professional to join the Risk and Regulatory Training Team. This role provides the opportunity to manage a portfolio of risk-related learning projects from kick off to post-implementation. Responsibilities include scoping training requirements, project management, -and leading training projects from analysis through post implementation. You will do this by partnering with key stakeholders to implement appropriate learning solutions that grow risk management knowledge and skills for all employees and support regulatory and risk management requirements.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success working with cross-functionally with partners to drive and manage the design and implementation of foundational and role based trainings, knowledge of risk management and /or experience delivering risk management trainings is a preferred.
What You'll Do
The Big Picture
- Work collaboratively to deliver a portfolio of risk management trainings for personnel that prepare employees to mitigate risk at the firm and ensure we remain the most trusted leader in investment services through best in class risk management. Leverage learning delivery platforms to enhance training offerings and continuously improve training content based on learner and leader feedback.
- Demonstrates effective judgment in determining the methods, techniques and approaches for obtaining results.Act as a change agent to manage change across the business
- Deliver superior interpersonal, verbal, and written communication and effectively communicate with leadership and cross-functional team members
- Anticipate and resolve problems under your own initiatives and projects while also working in a collaborative team environment
- Embrace, pivot and shift focus based on changing priorities and/or the business environment and champion innovative ideas.
Learning Solution Analysis & Strategy
- Lead and collaborate on the analysis and design of learning strategies and solutions
- Draft and monitor Program Plans that address short and long-term needs, and achieve desired objectives
Learning Design & Development
- Lead working sessions with knowledge partners to identify and organize learning content that aligns with the strategy
- Design learning content and collaborating with business teams to gain agreement
- Collaborate with the Instructional Design team on the final development of training content using available learning technologies
- Drive review and approval processes on final training products
Project Management
- Lead training projects associated with the team's deliverables
- Drive to successful execution of project tasks and deliverables
- Develop and execute on project plans, using various software and applications
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, preparing agendas and tracking action items
Reporting Analytics, Training Strategy & Business Planning
- Support internal workflows and processes
- Build roadmaps to aid in capacity planning, prioritization and strategy decision making
- Provide status reports
- Use data to identify areas of opportunity and implement solutions for reducing cycle-time and drive efficiency across processes
- Coordinate evidence and documentation in order support and respond to audit and examination requests

Project Management
- Manage multiple, high-complexity projects independently
- Lead all aspects, from end-to-end, for developing, implementing, deliver training projects, and own ongoing post-implementation requirements
- Liaise between key stakeholders for training program related matters and drive successful outcomes

What you have
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of learning & development or technical training experience
- 2+ years of project management
- Excellent understanding of adult learning principles
- Excellent visualization and presentation skills with the ability to inform and persuade both verbally and written
- You embrace and face change head-on and champion a growth mindset
- Expert proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio; working knowledge of SharePoint and learning management platforms
- Self-motivated, able to bring projects to conclusion within established timeframes
- BA/BS degree
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with risk management training
- Change management experience and/or certification
- Learning consultant experience
- Background in financial services
- Background in corporate risk management
- Experience engaging or supporting high-level leaders
- Project management certification
